I don't think of myself as a healer, rather a catalyst to trigger healing in others. I simply change someone's perspective and allow them to start healing themselves.
Im a Reiki Master and Shinpiden, teaching classes for those who want to learn Reiki and beyond.
I am definitely an empath, but physical as well as emotional. I have the unique ability to feel ones physical pains and ailments as I work with them, allowing me to identify specific areas that need work rather than relying on verbal hints.
I started my studio a few years back after my second round of cancer and having an allergic reaction to the chemo. Doctors said there was nothing they could do to help and had to just hope I got better. That's when I dove into Reiki and have since started mindset coaching, nature walks/experience , and now meditation.
I've gotten into healthier treatments and foods as part of healing as well, as I believe that there is almost no medical ailment that can't be cured, or treated, with putting natural, and the right things into our bodies.
I've always been more of a spiritual person rather than religious, always knowing there was more out there than we are taught, embracing my Celtic and Scandinavian heritage, being drawn to the beauty and spiritualness of nature and the old world gods, and raising our natural vibration state to be an example to others as why it's not just a better life, but an easier one.
A couple of things that I truly believe help others, and have helped me...
1. Radical acceptance... The "it is what it is" mindset. There's no changing past decisions, events, or others actions. Accept is as part of the journey and move on. How we choose to react to things determines our experience and outcome.
2. Embracing the chaos of life, with no expectations of outcome. Pursue your passions with the best of your abilities until you can take it no further....and just see what happens.
I love to trade work with others. I'm not set on only working for money. Need to get paid for sure lol, but if I can trade my work and talents with someone who's exploring and sharing their work and talents, it makes me happy knowing they are on their path and growing as well, seeing their passion for what they do.
